These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ascendancy Group's services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Ascendancy Group provides web design, development, and digital marketing services for trades businesses based primarily across London. The specific scope of services for each project will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
We offer three payment options:
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee.
We guarantee delivery of your completed website within 7 working days of receiving your completed onboarding questionnaire. If we fail to meet this deadline for reasons within our control, we will refund your deposit in full.
Timelines may be extended where delays are caused by the client, including late provision of required materials, feedback, or approvals.
You will receive a preview link on Day 5 of your project. You may request reasonable revisions at this stage. We will implement all requested changes within 24 hours. The second payment (where applicable) is due upon your approval of the final website.
After the first month of free maintenance, additional changes are charged at £40/hour or included in the Monthly Care plan.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the completed website, including all code, content, and design assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
The Monthly Care plan is a rolling monthly agreement. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. There are no minimum terms, cancellation fees, or lock-in periods. Upon cancellation, the final month is charged in full if notice is given part-way through a billing period.
If your new website does not generate at least one genuine enquiry within 30 days of going live, we will rebuild it at no cost. A genuine enquiry is defined as any contact from a potential customer submitted through the website — form submission, chatbot conversation, or tracked call.
This guarantee applies to the Complete package only and assumes the website remains live and unchanged during the 30-day period.
Ascendancy Group's total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
